A native of Hampton, Tasha has lived and worked in the Richmond area for over ten years. Tasha holds a B.A. in Paralegal Studies from Hampton University and a M.P.A. from Penn State University. She
continues to enjoy and has dedicated over twenty years of public service working for various federal, state, and local governments.
Additionally, Tasha is a proud twelve year United States Marine Corps Veteran, serving four years active duty and eight years in the Marine Corps Reserves. As a Marine, Tasha had the pleasure of traveling to
Europe to participate in multiple NATO exercises with U.S. Allies; and had an opportunity to plan and organize a traditional Marine Corps Mess Night with the United States Marines and the British Royal
Marines. She also had the pleasure to work at the Pentagon where she was directed to Headquarters Marine Corps, Quantico, Virginia for a Congressional initiative to be a part of a team that implemented
an improved Uniform Victim Advocate Program that provided information, guidance, and support to Marines and Sailors who experienced sexual assault. Tasha enjoys Peloton cycling, spending time with family and friends, leather crafting, watching movies, and cooking. Contact Tasha at:
