Attention: As of October 31, 2025, the online V3 New Enrollment Application will transition to the new V3 Self Service Portal. Employers will receive an email between November 10 and November 14, 2025, with instructions to enroll and access the portal. Additionally, the V3 Hiring Report form and the V3 Listing Update Request form will be available within the portal for employer representatives to use.
