Below is a brief overview of the expectations that will be covered during your initial conversation and further developed throughout the partnership. As part of the onboarding process, all approved partners are required to submit and sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). This agreement enables the MMAC team to assist with candidate recruitment and allows your organization to hire qualified veterans without requiring civilian workforce credentials. MOUs are not required initially (at start of partner relationship), but a signed MOU is required in order to participate in recruitment support.
