Liz is a passionate military family advocate who has turned her own PCS-filled, resource-hunting, career-pivoting journey into a mission to make education and transitioning pathways easier for every military-connected candidate. A two-time Hiring Our Heroes AMPLIFY alum, she has personally navigated the full buffet of military spouse career programs – from Hire Heroes USA mentoring and resume overhauls, to being an American Corporate Partner’s protégé to IVMF’s Onward to Opportunity Program, where she proudly earned her Project Management certification.
She’s an active voice in the Blue Star Families “Neighborhood,” a 2025 Military Spouse Employment Summit attendee, a Project Management Institute Washington, DC Chapter Member, and a recent graduate of the DoD Military Spouse Career Accelerator Program Fellowship at Johnson Controls, where she served as a Veteran & Military Spouse Program Specialist. During her fellowship, she gained hands-on experience representing JCI at Hiring Our Heroes virtual hiring fairs, supporting military recruiting, and engaging Skillbridge candidates across skilled-trade pathways.
As a Marine Corps spouse and mom of two, she’s known for her natural networking skills, warm approach, strategic mind, and humor about the chaos of military life; she blends lived experience with professional expertise in talent programs and workforce collaboration. Liz thrives at building spaces where military-connect candidates feel seen, supported, and celebrated – and where organizations learn how to truly benefit from the powerhouse that is our military community.
