Attention: As of October 31, 2025, the online V3 New Enrollment Application will transition to the new V3 Self Service Portal. Employers will receive an email between November 10 and November 14, 2025, with instructions to enroll and access the portal. Additionally, the V3 Hiring Report form and the V3 Listing Update Request form will be available within the portal for employer representatives to use. The Virginia 100 Campaign is a statewide 100‑day initiative driven by Virginia’s leading workforce partners to connect employers with highly skilled veterans and military spouses. The campaign sets bold, measurable goals: 100 company pledges. 100 confirmed hires. 100% support.

The Virginia Department of Veterans Services (VDVS) and its Virginia Values Veterans (V3) Program provide the trust, training, and long-term retention support employers rely on. The V3 Program ensures veterans and their families receive prompt, personalized assistance throughout their transition, helping companies not only hire but keep exceptional talent.

V3 is joined by key regional and statewide partners:

Take the first step toward strengthening Virginia’s workforce. Submit your company’s Virginia 100 hiring pledge and commit to hiring at least one veteran or military spouse during the 100‑day campaign. Your pledge secures your spot in the statewide Virginia 100 campaign and connects you directly with partners ready to support your hiring goals.

Step 2: Begin Hiring

Once your pledge is submitted, it’s time to start hiring. Our statewide partners are ready to help match your company with talented, mission‑ready veterans and military spouses.

Are You Already V3 Certified?

If yes, contact your V3 Employer Liaison today to access best practices in veteran recruitment, hiring, training, and retention. Your liaison can support you throughout the Virginia 100 campaign and help you meet your hiring goals with confidence.

Step 3: Report Your Military‑Affiliated Hires

Report submission is easy. Once you have confirmed your pledge, if you are currently V3 certified, simply login to the self service portal to submit your military affiliated hires. If you are not V3 Certified, please submit your confirmed hires via the Virginia 100 Hiring form.
