She’s had various careers in Customer Service, Healthcare Administration, Behavioral Health, Workforce Management and Case Management.

Kim is a Virginia State University alum, where she studied English and Mass Communications, but found herself back in the Central Virginia area, only now as an “empty-nester” assisting military spouses in their own career endeavors. She holds a certification in Human Resources Management and is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.

During her free time she enjoys spending time with loved ones, cooking, traveling, writing urban fiction and listening to good music of all genres!
