Meagan LoBuglio is the Regional Program Manager for Southwest Virginia.  A Roanoke native, Meagan enlisted on Active Duty in the United Sates Air Force in 2001.  During her 12 years on Active Duty as an Instructor Weapons Director she provided tactical air control to United States and Coalition Forces aircraft inventory during exercise and combat missions.  In addition she successfully provided leadership management, on-the-job training, classroom instruction, and direct mentorship to both the enlisted personnel under her supervision and the officer cadre she instructed through initial qualification training.  Meagan is an Operation Enduring and Iraqi Freedom combat Veteran with four deployments and two remote tours overseas.

Upon her transition to the civilian sector, Meagan built a very successful business in direct sales where she was lauded as a top recruiter and international trainer achieving the top rank within the company in 3.5 years.  During her time there she built sales teams around the globe; coaching and training sales representatives to top sales ranks and training positions.
