Senior Advisor, Risk Management: The intent of the program is to close the current cyber security skills gap. To close the current gap, the program offers military veterans with training and employment opportunities for various roles. There is an employment program track that will help produce cyber security risk management professionals that can apply the NIST six-step risk management framework to help identify gaps in security controls and provide recommendations accordingly. Another track focuses on cyber security career architects which focuses on producing job ready candidates that could recruit qualified candidates for the Cybersecurity Risk Management Program. Another track focuses on Cyber Security Career Placement Counselors that will match graduates with cyber security risk management jobs. These cyber security career architects will provide support to graduates as they transition into cyber security NIST Risk Management careers.
