Customer Success Intern: The purpose of this program is to have exposure and the opportunity to broaden your skills through impactful work, mentored relationships, and real-world exposure to different disciplines on Smithfield’s Talent Acquisition (TA) team. This will ensure the VIP receives hands on experience applying human resources and recruitment tools and knowledge in a corporate environment.
