Attention: As of October 31, 2025, the online V3 New Enrollment Application will transition to the new V3 Self Service Portal. Employers will receive an email between November 10 and November 14, 2025, with instructions to enroll and access the portal. VDC Field Engineer: Candidate will perform 3 weeks of office and field training with the FARO laser scanning equipment and FARO Scene software. This training will consist of hardware care and maintenance, equipment setup and operation, data collection in the field and processing of data in the office. Candidate will perform 2 weeks of FAA PART 107 training in preparation for sUAS Pilots License. Upon completion of training candidate will complete and be required to pass the license exam. Candidate will complete 3 week on the job training on robotic total station and field layout. This portion of the training will be conducted within a project site with the assistance of the Director of VDC.
