The Virginia Values Veterans (V3) Program offers transitioning service members and their spouses the best Virginia has to offer. This website assists veterans and eligible persons who wish to utilize their GI Bill® Benefits while employed and participating in an on-the-job or apprenticeship training program. Businesses and their programs, approved by the Virginia State Approving Agency, are accessible here.

You will select the type of Training and Region you would like to research. Then select the Program Field offered in your chosen Training and Region. You will see a list of programs, employers, and cities to selection. Once you choose “Submit,” you will obtain review contact information to reach out to the employee regarding their on-the-job training or apprenticeship job opening.
