On Tuesday June 20 The Commonwealth of Virginia and the V3 Program was pleased to present the V3 Certification to the Raytheon Corporation in Sterling, VA. Raytheon is one of the nations largest employers of veterans employing over 20,000 Veterans throughout their company. Dr. Victor Ramos a US Army Veteran who leads their RAYVETS Employee Resource Group on the East Coast and was present to receive this award. Wally Massenberg, (Vice Admiral USN Ret.) National Director of the RAYVETS Program recognizes both the opportunities that the V3 Program affords even large companies in the way of free training to hiring and line managers as well as opening additional channels to talent and programs like DVS/DOD SkillsBridge and Virginia Veterans Cyber Training. Additionally, he recognizes the need for industry leaders to lead by example.
