Attention: As of October 31, 2025, the online V3 New Enrollment Application will transition to the new V3 Self Service Portal. Employers will receive an email between November 10 and November 14, 2025, with instructions to enroll and access the portal. Additionally, the V3 Hiring Report form and the V3 Listing Update Request form will be available within the portal for employer representatives to use. Transition Connection Job Sharing Form

If you are a V3 Employer that would like to share job positions, please submit the online form below. Job postings are distributed biweekly in the Transition Connection Newsletter to Veterans and Transitioning Service Members seeking employment. The Transition Connection is operated by the Virginia Values Veterans (V3) Transition Program (V3 Transition) under the Virginia Department of Veteran Services.

Employers can submit up to 6 applications at once on one form submission.
