2023 V3 Award Applications
V3 Certified organizations are eligible to apply for the 2023 V3 Awards. The V3 Awards Summit will be held during the luncheon portion of the Virginia Military Affairs Conference. V3 Certified Employers will receive an invitation to attend the conference at no cost. Winners will be selected from applications submitted by 5:00 p.m., Friday, September 15th.
GOVERNOR’S AWARD
The V3 Governor’s Award will be presented to V3 Certified Companies whose Veteran hiring efforts have gone above and beyond, as demonstrated by the total number of annual hires in the calendar year 2022. This award will be presented based on V3-Certified Companies’ submitted quarterly hiring reports. This award will be broken down into the following subcategories: Enterprise, Large, Medium, and Small private sector businesses. Winners will be selected based on hiring reports submitted by 5:00 p.m., Friday, September 15th. Do not resubmit hiring reports is there is a correction that needs to be made or if your organization is unsure that a report was filed. Contact your respective V3 Membership Manger for assistance.

SECRETARY AWARD
The V3 Secretary Award will be presented to a V3 Certified State Agency or Public Entity under the Commonwealth of Virginia. The award-winning entity will have demonstrated innovation with its overall support for Veterans and Military Employment. Applicants will be evaluated based on their efforts to recruit, hire, train, and retain veterans.
BREAKTHROUGH AWARD
The V3 Breakthrough Award will be presented to a V3 Certified Organization that has established the “Most Innovative Readiness and Training Programs ” for Veterans.
MVP AWARD
The V3 MVP Award will be presented to a V3 Certified Organization that has illustrated the “Most Inspiring Workplace Culture” for Veterans.
TRIUMPH AWARD
The V3 Triumph Award will be presented to a V3 Certified Organization that has illustrated the “Most Transformative Hiring Process” for Veterans.
INFLUENCER AWARD
The V3 Influencer Award will be presented to a V3 Certified Organization that has created the “Best Veteran Marketing Strategy” for the recruitment, hiring, retention, and broad range support of Veterans.

PHOENIX AWARD
The V3 Phoenix Award will be presented to a V3 Certified Organization with the most impactful employee testimonial and demonstrated support of going above and beyond to aid the employee to stay, work and thrive in Virginia.

Submit photos and/or videos of your team back at work to help V3 celebrate our 10th Anniversary, a decade of Veteran Impact: A Legacy of Empowering Veterans & Enriching the Workforce. Provide submissions by 5:00 p.m., Friday, September 15th.
