Human Resources Specialist: The intern will recruit, screen, interview, and place individuals within the organization. They may perform other activities in multiple human resources areas, as well. The successful candidate will participate in a practical, systematic program of on-the-job training and related instruction to develop existing military, prior civilian experience and/ or education. Internship could be from 6 – 24 weeks long depending on availability of service member and can commence within the final 180-days before a service member leaves active duty.
Director of Business Development: Perform data discovery, analysis and modeling.
Assessing opportunities and researching various databases to assist with pursue/no pursue and bid/no bid decisions.
Analyzing financial reports, market research and operating procedures, strategizing ideas to improve business operations and meeting with company executives and other stakeholders to provide suggestions based on analysis.
Gather and analyze data for potential business expansion.
Identify specific business opportunities and ways to capitalize on them.
Influence stakeholders to support business projects
Assist with project management for selected projects.
Write clear and well-structured business requirements and documentation.
Create reports, dashboards and visualizations to help others understand business performance.
Analyze process issues and bottlenecks to make improvements.
Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders.
